Avelo Airlines Announces and Extension of Their Central Florida Schedule Through Summer 2026

Avelo Airlines has today announced an extension of their Central Florida schedule through summer 2026.  The carrier serves six Central Airports, including Daytona Beach, Fort Myers, Lakeland, Orlando, Sarasota Bradenton and Tampa.

On Tuesday (January 20, 2026), Avelo Airlines announced that they have extended their Central Florida schedule through August 18, 2026.  Avelo serves six Central Florida airports including Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), Fort Myers’ Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), Lakeland International Airport (LAL), Orlando International Airport (MCO), Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), and Tampa International Airport (TPA).  Celebrating the schedule extension, Avelo is offering one-way fares to/from Central Florida from $42 (T&Cs apply). 


In Tuesday’s announcement, Avelo Airlines’ Head of Commercial, Trevor Yealy, said,

Avelo Airlines was founded with the simple purpose to ‘Inspire Travel’, while saving customers time and money with nonstop flights and everyday low fares.  Since taking flight on April 28, 2021, the carrier has served over 8.1 million guests on more than 65,000 flights.  Avelo operates a fleet of Boeing 737NG airplanes, and in 2028 will become the first U.S. airline to fly Embraer 195-E2s, with an order of up to 100 new aircraft.  The carrier currently serves over 30 popular destinations across the U.S., including their four bases at Southern Connecticut’s Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN), the Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region’s Wilmington Airport (ILG), Central Florida’s Lakeland International Airport (LAL) and Charlotte’s Concord-Padgett Regional Airport (USA).
