On Wednesday (May 22, 2024), Air France announced the debut of ‘Air France Conciergerie’, a new range of for-purchase concierge services at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).  The services will be designed to welcome and assist guests throughout their airport journey, and will be available to all Air France and partner airline passengers starting June 11, 2024.  Air France Conciergerie will offer customers traveling in all cabins a range of optional services to ensure a smooth and stress-free airport experience.

Departing customers will be able to enjoy a range of services, including a private transfer to the airport, concierge assistance as soon a they arrive outside the terminal, a porter service to take their baggage to a dedicated check-in counter, assistance through priority lanes, an escort to the lounge for eligible customers, and then to the boarding gate.

Upon arrival, a concierge will meet customers at the aircraft door and accompany them through the airport’s priority lanes.  After their bags have been collected, they will then be accompanied to a private transfer vehicle (for journeys within a 40km radius of CDG).  Connecting customers will be accompanied from the jetway to the lounge, if eligible, and then through the priority lanes to the boarding gate of their next flight.

On departure between two flights, the service will also offer access to one of Air France’s lounges at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, as an additional option for non-eligible customers.  When it’s time to board their flight, the concierge will then accompany the guest from the lounge to the gate.  The new Air France Conciergerie service is now available for booking for travel from June 11, 2024, on the airline’s website, or by phone, up to 18 hours prior to departure.
