LOT Polish Airlines to Launch New Service Between Warsaw and Hanoi, Vietnam

LOT Polish Airlines has today announced the launch of new direct service between Warsaw and Hanoi in Vietnam. Starting March 31, 2027, the route will operate year-round with three weekly flights.
On Thursday (July 30, 2026), LOT Polish Airlines announced the opening of ticket sales on their new, year-round direct route between Warsaw and Hanoi, Vietnam. The route will operate with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner three times per week starting March 31, 2027. Hanoi will become LOT’s fifth Asian long-haul destination, complementing existing service to Tokyo, Seoul, New Delhi, and Bangkok. Departures to Hanoi from Chopin Airport will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 15:15, while return flights from Hanoi will take to the skies on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 08:35 (all times local).
In Thursday’s announcement, LOT Polish Airlines’ Chief Commercial Officer, Robert Ludera, said,

The launch of the Hanoi route reflects our ambition to further strengthen LOT Polish Airlines' presence in Asia and continue developing our Warsaw hub as a gateway between Central and Eastern Europe and some of the world’s most promising destinations.”
LOT Polish Airlines connects Central and Eastern Europe with the rest of the world, including the U.S., Canada, India, Japan and South Korea. The carrier operates long-haul flights with state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
