Air Dolomiti announced on Monday that they will be launching new service from Verona to Berlin and Düsseldorf from July 30th and July 31st respectively. The Lufthansa Group carrier previously resumed service from their Frankfurt hub.
Today (July 13, 2020) Air Dolomiti, the Italian carrier of the Lufthansa Group, announced the launch of new service between Verona and Berlin as well as Düsseldorf from July 30th and 31st respectively. The carrier previously resumed flights to and from their Frankfurt hub and the additional flights will provide seamless connectivity to Germany for Verona residents as well as new travel opportunities for German citizens wishing to visit Verona. In Monday’s announcement, Air Dolomiti’s President & CEO, Joerg Eberhart said,

In all these years a strong synergistic bond has been established, which has allowed us to offer passengers new services all the time. The start of these two routes is meant to be an encouraging signal after the difficult phase of the departure due to the pandemic, also for all those activities that have suffered due to the lack of incoming tourism. It is a pleasure for us to be able to differentiate the offer by guaranteeing point-to-point flights as well as connections with the main Lufthansa hubs.”
Air Dolomiti is offering customers enhanced flexibility when booking tickets with the ability to change departure dates or cancel reservations free of charge (within seven days of departure). Guests cancelling tickets will receive a full refund or can rebook without additional fees. Round-trip fares on the new routes to Berlin and Düsseldorf are available form €145, including all taxes and surcharges.
