Air Arabia Abu Dhabi will expand their service to Bangladesh with twice-weekly service to Chattogram starting October 25, 2020. The new flights will complement the carrier’s existing service to Dhaka, expanding their route network to seven destinations.
Today (September 29, 2020), Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, the UAE capital’s first low-cost carrier, announced an expansion of service to Bangladesh with twice-weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Chattogram from October 25, 2020. The new service complements the carrier’s existing service to Dhaka and marks their seventh new destinations since launching operations on July 14, 2020. Customers can book flights to Chattogram now on the company’s website, call center, or through a travel agent.
Since the onset of the global COVID-10 pandemic, Air Arabia has upgraded the guest journey with the highest international health and safety standards. All the carrier’s aircraft are fitted with HEPA filters that remove airborne particulates, including viruses, as the cabin air is refreshed and recirculated every 2-3 minutes. Air Arabia reminds their guests to familiarize themselves with the travel conditions, restrictions and requirements of their departure and destination countries.
Air Arabia Abu Dhabi was formed through an agreement between Etihad Airways and Air Arabia to establish the UAE capital’s first low-cost carrier (LCC). The new airline follows Air Arabia’s business model and complements Etihad Airways' global network via Abu Dhabi, catering to the growing LCC travel market in the region.
