UIA’s new service between Kyiv and London-Heathrow will operate three times weekly on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, complement the carrier’s existing service to London-Gatwick, which operates on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays.
On Monday (November 9, 2020), Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) announced the launch of new service between Kyiv (KBP) and London-Heathrow (LHR) starting December 17, 2020. The carrier will offer three weekly flights on the route which will operate on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The departing flight (PS 117) will leave Kyiv (KBP) at 9:50 and arrive in London (LHR) Terminal 2 at 11:25, while the return flight (PS 118) departs London (LHR) at 12:20 and arrives in Kyiv at 17:40 (all times local). The new service to London-Heathrow complements UIA’s existing service between Kyiv and London-Gatwick (LGW) which operates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Ukraine International Airlines will now offer customers convenient international connections from London ( both LHR and LGW) via Kyiv to Dubai, Cairo, Tel Aviv, Yerevan, Tbilisi and Baku, as well as domestic connections to Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odessa, Lviv, Mykolaiv and Kherson. Customers traveling between Kyiv and London-Heathrow will also enjoy seamless onward connections to Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver (in partnership with Air Canada) and to Orlando (in partnership with British Airways). From London-Gatwick Ukrainian travelers will also enjoy connections (with British Airways) to Mauritius and Bermuda.
