SWISS has today announced the launch of a new ‘Swiss all the way’ marketing campaign, which showcases the carrier’s seamless and genuine guest experience.  The new marketing campaign was developed in collaboration with the thjnk agency.

On Monday (September 9, 2024), Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) announced the launch of their new marketing campaign called ‘Swiss all the way.’  Developed in collaboration with the Thjnk agency, the new campaign highlights the seamless and genuine travel experience offered to the carrier’s guests, with a particular focus on SWISS’ service quality.  The campaign centers on a series of emotive visual words, including a film that showcases the ‘lightness’ of the SWISS travel experience.


In Monday’s announcement, SWISS’ Head of Marketing, Stefan Vasic, said,


“With this campaign we are affirming our credentials as a host that offers every traveller its utmost attention and its warmest hospitality down to the finest detail.  ‘Swiss all the way’ means a seamless, comfortable and genuine travel experience – from the booking on the app to moments of delight on board and all the way through to a warm ‘Uf Wiederluege’ goodbye.”

SWISS’ new marketing campaign is being brought to life through a warm and cinematic visual language.  Highlighting the sheer lightness of traveling with SWISS, the film features a couple dancing from home via the SWISS Lounge, and all the way to their flight to New York.  Five shorter films will also spotlight the carrier’s range of services.  In total, 26 different motifs emphasize the variety and quality of the elevated SWISS product and service experience, throughout the numerous touchpoints in the travel chain.
