Silver Airways to Launch Service from Charleston International Airport to Three Florida Gateways

The airline will offer three weekly flights on each route between Charleston and Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Tampa. The new routes will provide further seamless connections across Silver’s Florida network, the Bahamas and the Caribbean.

On Tuesday (October 13, 2020), Silver Airways announced the launch of new service from Charleston International Airport (CHS) in Charleston, South Carolina and three Florida gateways. The regional carrier will offer three weekly flights on each route between Charleston and Orlando (MCO), Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Tampa (TPA). The carrier will offer the only nonstop service between Charleston and Orlando its popular tourism destinations, while the Charleston-Tampa route offers continuing same-plane service to Key West. Additionally, the new routes offer seamless onward connections to Silver’s extensive Florida network, the Bahamas and the Caribbean as well as domestically and internationally via the carrier’s codeshare and interline ticketing partners. In today’s announcement, Silver Airways’ Chief Executive Officer, Steve Rossum, said,

To celebrate the launch of the new nonstop routes, Silver is offering limited time fares starting at $49 for tickets purchased by October 21, 2020, for travel through December 16, 2020.
