Norwegian Air Shuttle has today announced the signing of a new four-year contract with the Swedish Government's Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency for international air travel.

On Friday (June 5, 2026), Norwegian Air Shuttle announced the signing of a new agreement with the Swedish government and the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency. The agreement applies to government agencies, as well as agencies under the Riksdag and other publicly controlled bodies such as agencies, colleges and universities, and covers 21 destinations across Europe.
In Friday’s announcement, Norwegian’s Sales Director, Ståle Zahl, said,
“It is gratifying that Norwegian has continued to receive the confidence of the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency and that the authority has entered into a new agreement with us. We see the fact that we are allowed to fly government employees on international trips as a confirmation that we have a strong and reliable product with high punctuality in modern and fuel-efficient aircraft.”
This agreement is valid from December 12, 2026 for a duration of four years. As previously mentioned, the agreement covers 21 destinations in Europe with sales of approximately SEK 1.5 billion (US $159 million) during the agreement period. Last year, Norwegian also received a four-year agreement with the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency for domestic flights. Norwegian also offers sustainable aviation fuels to organizations, authorities and companies with which the airline has agreements.
