Norse Atlantic Airways Celebrates Inaugural Service From Miami to London and Oslo

Norse Atlantic Airways celebrated the launch of their inaugural flights from Miami to London and Oslo on Monday, September 18th. The carrier will also add service between Miami and both Paris and Berlin from December 2023.

On Tuesday (September 19, 2023), Norse Atlantic celebrated the launch of their inaugural flights from Miami to London and Oslo, with service commencing on Monday, September 18th. New direct service between London and Miami will operate four times weekly, increasing to five during the peak winter season with return fares from £420, including taxes and fees. Flights between Oslo and Miami will operate twice weekly with return fares from NOK 5530 (US $516). Starting December 2023, Norse will also launch new service from Miami to Paris and Berlin.

In Tuesday’s announcement, Norse Atlantic Airways’ Founder and CEO, Bjørn Tore Larsen, said,


"We are pleased to have commenced operating from Oslo and London direct to Miami, and we look forward to extending our services from Paris and Berlin in December. Miami has always been a popular destination and we are committed to providing our passengers with a comfortable and great value service on board our modern Boeing 787 Dreamliners.”


Also commenting on Norse’s new Miami service, MIA’s Director and CEO, Ralph Cutié, added,


“We are thrilled that Norse Atlantic has chosen Miami International Airport for all of their South Florida flights, making us their seventh destination in the U.S.. We proudly welcome their London Gatwick and Oslo service to Miami-Dade County – two routes that were previously unserved at MIA.”

Norse Atlantic’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners are configured with Economy and Premium cabins, and customers can choose between Light, Classic and Flextra fares. Light fares represent the best value, while Flextra fares include the maximum baggage allowance, two meal services and an enhanced airport and onboard experience and added ticket flexibility. Each seat is equipped with a state-of-the art inflight entertainment (IFE) experience, and Premium cabin seats feature a generous 43-inch seat pitch and a comfortable 12-inch recline.
