Norse Atlantic Airways has today announced the appointment of Anders Hall Jomaas as the carrier’s new Chief Financial Officer based in Arendal, Norway. Current CFO Ben Boiling will move to Norse’s UK office as Finance Director and Managing Director of Norse UK.
On Thursday (June 22, 2023), Norse Atlantic Airways announced the appointment of Anders Hall Jomaas as the airline’s new Chief Financial Officer. He will be based at the company’s Head Office in Arendal, Norway. Norse’s current CFO, Ben Boiling, will relocate to the carrier’s UK office as Head of Finance and Managing Director of Norse UK. Anders brings a wealth of financial management and strategic experience to Norse, having held key leadership positions in public companies since 2007. In 2010, he became CFO of Deep Sea Supply PLC (DESS). When DESS merged with three other large offshore supply vessel owners in 2017, becoming the world-leading OSV company Solstad Offshore ASA, he became Chief Financial Officer of the combined company.
In Thursday’s announcement, Norse Atlantic Airways’ CEO, Bjørn Tore Larsen, said,

Also commenting on his new role as Norse’s CFO, Anders Hall Jomaas, said,

Founded in March 2021 by major shareholder and CEO Bjørn Tore Larsen, Norse Atlantic Airways offers affordable transatlantic and European flights. The airline’s first flight between Oslo and the U.S. departed on June 14, 2022. The company’s head office is located in Arendal, Norway, and Norse has a second office in London. Norse has a fleet of 15 modern, fuel-efficient Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners.
