Loganair has announced the appointment of Natalie Bush as their new Chief Operating Officer and Accountable Manager. Ms. Bush is currently the UK Director and Accountable Manager for TUI Airways, will join Loganair in December 2024.
On Wednesday (August 7, 2024), Loganair announced the appointment of Natalie Bush as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Accountable Manager. Currently serving as UK Director and Accountable Manager for TUI Airways, Ms. Bush will join Loganair as part of the carrier’s Executive Committee in December 2024, reporting to Loganair’s CEO, Luke Farajallah. Additionally, she will be joining the airline’s Board Safety Review Committee, reporting directly to Loganair’s Chairman, James Drummond. In her new role, Bush will lead all operational and service delivery areas, including the pilot, cabin crew, and airport work groups across Loganair. Additional responsibilities include ground handling, safety, security, compliance and industrial relations, as well as leadership of the network operations teams.
In Wednesday’s announcement, Loganair’s CEO, Luke Farajallah, said,

Natalie makes a huge impact wherever she goes, and she thoroughly deserves this hugely important and exciting leadership opportunity at Loganair. Natalie Bush’s impressive career includes several years in the Royal Navy as a Warfare Officer, before joining Flybe as a pilot, initially flying the BAE146, and later the Embraer E195. During her flying career, she achieved command of the Q400 fleet (now De Havilland Canada Dash 8-400), while simultaneously taking on management roles, including service as Flybe’s Director of Safety and Security until 2019. At that time, she joined Specialist Aviation Services (now Gama Aviation), a company delivering helicopter and maintenance services to the UK air ambulance industry, and later returned to the airline sector with TUI Airways.
