JetBlue Launches New Nonstop Service to Kansas City and Milwaukee From Boston and New York

JetBlue has today launched new service from Boston and New York to Milwaukee and Kansas City. The carrier will offer daily service to both destinations, and the routes will be operated with Airbus A220-300 aircraft.

On Sunday (March 27, 2022), JetBlue announced the launch of their inaugural daily service from New York (JFK) and Boston Logan (BOS) to General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE). The carrier has today also celebrated the launch of daily service from Boston and New York to Kansas City International Airport in Kansas City, Missouri (MCI), with flights from both cities arriving in Milwaukee and Kansas City this morning. The new Midwestern routes will be serviced with Airbus A220-300 aircraft.


In Sunday’s announcement on the new service to Milwaukee, JetBlue’s Vice President of Network Planning, Andrea Lusso, said,


“Adding Milwaukee to our route map will help diversify our markets, support our Northeast growth strategy and give our customers more travel options. We are excited to offer our customers flying for business or leisure an opportunity to explore Milwaukee and connect Milwaukee residents to our New York and Boston focus city networks.”


Further commenting on the new service to from Boston and New York to Kansas City, JetBlue’s Mr. Lusso, added,


“Our customers and crewmembers have been asking for years to add flights to the Midwest and we listened. We are very excited to add Kansas City to our growing network and connect the Northeast to the heart of America by introducing our low fares and outstanding service and providing customers access to our New York and Boston focus city networks.”
