JetBlue has today announced the launch of new service to Vero Beach, Florida from New York-JFK and Boston, further expanding their Florida network.

On Thursday (December 11, 2025), JetBlue announced the addition of Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB) to their expanding Florida network, with the start of service today from both New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). JetBlue now offers flights to ten Florida cities from Boston and nine from JFK – more than any other carrier from either airport. JetBlue will continue to expand their presence in the Sunshine State early next year with the debut of service to their eleventh Florida destination in March, Destin-Fort Walton Beach (VPS). Flights from Boston to Vero Beach will operate with an Airbus A220 aircraft, while flights from New York will operate with an Airbus A320 aircraft. Both aircraft feature fast, free unlimited Fly-Fi, seatback entertainment, and complimentary snacks and drinks.
In Thursday’s announcement, JetBlue’s VP – Network Planning and Airline Partnerships, Dave Jehn, said,
“JetBlue has long been committed to offering customers more choices in Florida, and Vero Beach is another great addition to the network. Whether visiting friends and family, relaxing on the 26 miles of beaches, or exploring downtown, these new routes give our Northeast customers another beautiful destination to discover.”
Also commenting on the new JetBlue routes, Vero Beach Regional Airport’s Director, Todd Scher, said,
“JetBlue’s decision to begin service in Vero Beach is a strong vote of confidence in our airport and in this market. We expect this added connectivity to support local businesses, attract new visitors, and further boost the economic vitality of Vero Beach and the surrounding area.”

Last week, JetBlue launched service from New York and Boston to Daytona Beach and began eight new domestic and international routes from their Fort Lauderdale focus city. The airline also announced new routes from Buffalo, N.Y. to Fort Myers, Rochester, N.Y. to Orlando, and Syracuse, N.Y. to Fort Lauderdale, plus seven limited-time spring break routes from Fort Lauderdale. Additionally, later this month, JetBlue will begin two new routes from Tampa to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and Islip, N.Y., as well as service from Fort Myers to Islip.
