JetBlue announced today that they will extend TrueBlue Mosaic benefits through 2021 and reduce Mosaic requirements for 2020. Additionally, for a limited time TrueBlue members can earn double points for new bookings and JetBlue Mastercard members can earn double TrueBlue points on everyday purchases. TrueBlue members can now earn up to 18 points for each dollar spent on future JetBlue flights. As an added perk, JetBlue will also allow current Mosaic members to gift Mosaic to a friend or family member for one year so they can enjoy benefits such as no change or cancel fees, first and second bag free, early boarding and a complimentary alcoholic beverage onboard. In Thursday’s announcement, JetBlue’s Vice President of Loyalty and Personalization, Don Uselmann said,

“We’ve developed a comprehensive program to reward those who have been most loyal to us. Our Mosaic members in particular are eager to restart their travel plans when the time is right. In order to support them, just as they’ve always supported us, Mosaic customers will be able to enjoy their current benefits through 2021. We’re also giving them the opportunity to give the gift of Mosaic to a recipient of their choosing.”

JetBlue has also reduced the Mosaic qualifying points and segment minimums by 50 percent and members will continue to enjoy a reward of 15,000 bonus TrueBlue points upon qualification. The thresholds have been reduced to 7,500 qualifying points for the calendar year or 6,000 qualifying points and 15 segments. Additionally, customers booking flights until June 15, 2020 for travel after May 14, 2020 will now receive double TrueBlue points on all reservations (two points per $1 on Blue Basic fares and six points per $1 on other fares including Mint). JetBlue Mastercard holders will continue to enjoy generous rewards for JetBlue, restaurant, grocery store and office supply purchases and from May 14th through June 15, 2020, will earn double points on all other purchases.
