JetBlue has today announced the launch of two new enhancements to their TrueBlue loyalty program, including the launch of ‘TrueBlue Subscriptions,’ and the ability to redeem TrueBlue points to purchase select travel extras.

On Tuesday (March 31, 2026), JetBlue announced the launch of two major enhancements to their award-winning TrueBlue loyalty program. This includes the launch of TrueBlue Subscriptions, an industry-leading subscription service for a U.S. airline, featuring ‘Points On Repeat,’ which offers customers the ability to redeem TrueBlue points to purchase select travel extras. These updates give loyalty members more ways to earn, redeem and maximize the value of their points, bringing even more flexibility and personalization to the JetBlue experience.
In Tuesday’s announcement, JetBlue’s VP of Loyalty and Personalization, Ed Pouthier, said,
“TrueBlue has always been about delivering real value with rewards that go further and meet our customers’ travel preferences and expectations. With Points On Repeat and the ability to use points for extras, we’re giving our customers more control, more flexibility and more ways to make every trip their own while earning and saving along the way.”
TrueBlue Subscriptions offers customers ‘Points On Repeat,’ a simple way to earn points consistently while unlocking valuable travel benefits, flight accelerators and redemption rebates that help members earn more points. Subscribers can choose from three tiers, namely Points Traveler, Points Adventurer and Points Trailblazer, which are based on their travel habits, with options to pay monthly or annually. While all subscribers will receive TrueBlue points benefits, Mosaic members and JetBlue cardmembers receive even more perks. Points Adventurer and Points Trailblazer subscribers earn bonus TrueBlue points every time they book a JetBlue flight with cash. TrueBlue members can earn up to 15 points per $1 spent, while Mosaic members can earn up to 20 points per $1 spent.
Additionally, Points Trailblazer subscribers get 10 percent of TrueBlue points back every time they redeem their points for a JetBlue Award Flight, and JetBlue Plus, Premier and Business cardmembers can combine their existing 10 percent redemption bonus with subscription benefits, earning up to 20 percent of points back on every redemption after taking the award flight. There’s no limit on how many points can be earned, and points earned through subscriptions never expire, have no blackout dates, and can be pooled with friends and family. JetBlue is also expanding TrueBlue point redemption options by enabling customers to use points for select travel extras. By expanding redemptions beyond airfare, JetBlue is making it easier for customers to use their points in ways that matter most to them, adding value across the TrueBlue program. Whether that’s stretching points further or enhancing comfort and convenience, customers can now redeem points for seat assignments, including EvenMore, Core Preferred, and Extra Legroom upgrades, first and second checked bags, pet travel fees, and priority security access at select airports.
JetBlue is ‘New York’s Hometown Airline®’ and a leading carrier in Boston (BOS), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Los Angeles (LAX), Orlando (MCO) and San Juan (SJU). The airline carries guests to over 100 destinations across the U.S., Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada and Europe. JetBlue Airways Corporation trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol JBLU.
