On Wednesday (February 23, 2022), ITA Airways announced the launch of a new ‘Fight Pass’ prepaid voucher service for domestic and international travel. Under the new program, travelers can purchase between 6 and 24 flight segments in Economy, Superior and Business Class, with a validity duration from one to 12 months. With Flight Pass, tickets in the package can include a maximum of 24 names, with the name of the first passenger indicated at the time of purchase, and other names indicated later, within the valid timeframe selected chosen destinations. The offer excludes flights in territorial continuity, seasonal routes and codeshared flights.

Pricing for tickets included in Flight Pass is locked in at the time of purchase, enabling travelers to take advantage of affordable prices, even for travel during the high season. At the time of booking, access is guaranteed until all available seats are sold out. Although Flight Pass tickets are non-refundable, customers will be permitted to change the date and time of the flight for a €65 change fee.
