On Thursday (May 11, 2023), Frontier Airlines announced the launch of new daily nonstop service between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) in Arizona and Tampa International Airport (TPA) in Florida. Celebrating the route launch, Frontier is offering one-way fares starting at only $59. To qualify for the promotional fares, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on May 17, 2023 for travel through June 28, 2023. Although a three day advance purchase is required, roundtrip travel is not.

In Thursday’s announcement, Frontier Airlines’ Senior Vice President of Commercial, Daniel Shurz, said,

“Frontier is proud to connect Phoenix to a wide variety of locations across the U.S. This new cross-country nonstop only serves to further our commitment to PHX and offer those in the Valley of the Sun convenient and affordable direct service to one of the most popular destinations in the U.S.”
