Finnair to Launch Service Between Helsinki and Seattle From June 1st, 2022

Finnair will expand their U.S. network with the launch of service between Helsinki and Seattle from June 1st, 2022 with three weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The carrier will also continue service from Stockholm to Los Angeles and New York for summer.

On Tuesday (December 7, 2021), Finnair announced the launch of service between Helsinki and Seattle from June 1st, 2022. During the summer 2022 season, the carrier will operate three weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Finnair will also continue service from Stockholm to Los Angeles and New York during the summer. From May 1st, 2022, the airline will increase the frequency on the Stockholm-New York route to daily service, while service between Stockholm and Los Angeles will be increased to four times weekly. Additionally, Finnair will fly from Helsinki to Dallas, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago for summer 2022.


In Tuesday’s announcement, Finnair’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ole Orvér, said,


“We are delighted to offer more connections between the US and Northern Europe. Seattle is a fantastic destination for leisure travellers who enjoy vibrant city life and beautiful nature. We also expect this new connection to be a pleasant surprise for many business travellers.”
