On Thursday (April 1, 2021), Emirates announced that members of their award-winning Skywards loyalty program will now enjoy a fast track to higher tier status. For flights booked from April 1st through June 30th, for travel through December 30, 2021, members will automatically receive double Tier Miles. The promotion is available for existing Emirates Skywards members, as well as new members who join before June 30, 2021. The offer applies to all ticket fare types purchased on Emirates or flydubai during the promotion period.

Members who take advantage of the generous limited-time offer will be able to quickly earn sufficient Tier Miles to fast-track to a higher status, for example, a Skywards Blue member can advance to Skywards Silver, or an Emirates Skywards Silver Member can upgrade to Skywards Gold status. Emirates Skywards offers four different tier levels including Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with each level offering unique privileges and advantages such as lounge access, priority boarding, dedicated check-in counters, complimentary seat selection and more.

During the promotion period, members will also earn Skywards Miles in addition to double Tier Miles. Emirates Skywards Miles can be redeemed for an extensive range of awards such as flight upgrades, hotel accommodations and unique ‘money-can’t-buy’ experiences.

Emirates Skywards has over 27 million global members, providing customers with rich and innovative rewards and offerings. Earlier this year, the program was one of the first in the world and first in the region to offer a generous tier status extension until 2022. Additionally, the validity of Skywards Miles due to expire since April 2020 has been extended until June 30, 2021.
