On Monday (January 15, 2024), easyJet announced a new expanded partnership with Musement, offering guests exciting in-destination experiences such as touring the Vatican’s museums and Egypt’s pyramids to enjoying the thermal baths in a Polish mountain village, taking a catamaran cruise in Santorini and more.  Offers are now available for all easyJet destinations across Europe and beyond and can be booked on the carrier’s website or app.  As part of the new partnership, Musement has developed a new Tours & Activities digital platform which is integrated with the easyJet website, where customers can book a large variety of local experiences after flight confirmation.  Additionally, in-destination experiences can be booked anytime via the dedicated website, activities.easyjet.com

In Monday’s announcement easyJet’s Proposition and Innovation Director, Russell Braterman, said,

“We are always looking for ways to make great value travel even easier for our customers with our unrivalled short-haul European network offering over 1000 routes across 35 countries, and by partnering with Musement our customers are able to explore all the best local experiences these fantastic destinations have to offer.”

Also commenting on the new partnership, Musement’s Chief Commercial Officer, Nishank Gopalkrishnan, added,

“Our collaboration with easyJet holidays has been excellent and I am now delighted we will expand this partnership to support the wider easyJet organisation and offer our incredible portfolio of excursions, activities and attraction tickets to all easyJet customers.  This partnership cements Musement’s position as the travel industry’s preferred partner for tours and activities.”

Tickets for in-destination experiences are primarily paperless, allowing customers to scan a QR code either at the beginning of the activity or at the venue entrance.  Push notifications also serve as valuable reminders for location and timing prior to the booked experience.

Milan-based Musement became part of the TUI Group in 2018 and is now part of their Tours and Activities Division, TUI Musement.  The digital platform is available in multiple languages and allows customers to book thousands of travel experiences in over 100 countries worldwide.  Musement also has offices in Hamburg, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Dubai, London, Munich, New York, Orlando and Paris.
