easyJet has partnered with Microsoft to bring their aircraft to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Players can now get behind the controls of an easyJet Airbus A320 Family aircraft for the very first time.
On Monday (December 9, 2024), easyJet announced that they have partnered with Microsoft to bring an easyJet Airbus A320 Family aircraft to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Budding aviators can now get behind the controls of an easyJet A320 Family jet and experience what it’s like to fly some of the world’s most modern commercial jets across more than 1,000 easyJet routes to over 160 destinations across 37 countries. The simulator is available to play on Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, Steam and with Xbox Game Pass, including Xbox Cloud Gaming, and PC Game Pass. Users will be able to select the easyJet aircraft of their choice, including the A319, A320, A320neo and A321neo, complete with the carrier’s unmistakable orange and white livery.
In Monday’s announcement, easyJet’s Chief Operating Officer, Captain David Morgan, said,
“We’re excited to be a part of the Microsoft Flight Simulator community, which is not only a fantastic opportunity for us to share our passion for flying with players around the world, but something we hope will help to inspire the next generation of pilots and aviation enthusiasts.”
In celebration of easyJet joining Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, the carrier, in partnership with Xbox UK, is running a contest through December 13, 2024, on their Instagram pages where aviation lovers will be able to win a Premium Jumbo Deluxe Edition of the game. To enter, simply follow both Instagram accounts (@easyJet and @xboxuk), and comment on where you would fly to using the in-game easyJet livery.
