On Thursday (April 28, 2022), easyJet and easyJet holidays announced the launch of service on seven new routes from six UK airports for summer 2022. The expanded schedule includes flights to the Greek Islands of Kos, Kefalonia, Corfu and Chania, as well as new service between Birmingham and Nantes. easyJet now offers more seats to the Greek Islands than any other UK airline, with the new destinations complementing existing beach getaways to Santorini, Mykonos and Rhodes. The added routes complement new summer 2022 flights to Faro, Malaga and Palma de Mallorca. To celebrate the launch of the new routes, easyJet is offering one-way fares from £25.99 per person including taxes. Package holidays are also available through easyJet holidays with beach breaks from £279 and city breaks from £169.

In Thursday’s announcment, easyJet’s UK Country Manager, Ali Gayward, said,

“We’re delighted to add more new routes to our UK network for the summer and to provide our customers with an even wider range of fantastic destinations to enjoy. We are proud to be the largest airline in the UK and remain dedicated to offering low fares and convenient connections and we can’t wait to welcome more customers back on board.”
