Condor’s inaugural flight between Frankfurt and Boston departed on Monday (May 23rd) with an Airbus A330-200 in a two-class configuration. On Tuesday (May 24th) the airline also launched new Boeing 767-300ER service between Frankfurt and Los Angeles.
On Monday (May 23, 2022), Condor announced the departure of their inaugural service between Frankfurt Airport (FRA) and Boston (BOS), with flight DE2038 departing at noon. The route will be operated three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with and Airbus A330-200 configured in two classes. Upon arrival at Boston Logan International Airport, the flight was welcomed by Massport’s Director of Aviation, Ed Freni, Michael Jürgens, the German Deputy Counsel in Boston, and Emily Westhoven, Executive Director of German-American Business.
In a separate press release on Tuesday (May 24, 2022), Condor announced the launch of new service between Frankfurt and Los Angeles (LAX), with flight DE2080 departing at noon today. Onboard the aircraft, a Boeing 767-300ER (registration D-ABUP), were approximately 200 guests, who were seen off at Frankfurt Airport by Condor’s Deputy Executive Director of Operations, Douglas Webster, and the airline’s Area Manager – North America, Matthias Friess. The route will be operated with a three-class Boeing 767 three times weekly on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Los Angeles is a brand new destination for Condor this summer, and along with 15 other destinations in North America, forms the carrier’s largest program to America in recent years. Flights between Frankfurt and Los Angeles are now available for booking from €329.99.
