On Monday (December 19, 2022), Condor announced that their first of 16 new Airbus A330neos, registration D-ANRA, arrived at Frankfurt Airport this evening, as part of the airline’s fleet renewal. The first passenger revenue flight will take place this month with service from Frankfurt to Mauritius in the Indian Ocean, followed by other destinations in the coming weeks such as the Maldives and Punta Cana. Condor's New A330neo will accomodate 310 passengers and has been configured with 30 Business Class, 64 Premium Economy and 216 Economy Class seats.

In Monday’s announcement, Condor’s CEO, Ralf Teckentrup, said,

“Today is a significant one for Condor and its future. The arrival of our first A330neo in Frankfurt marks the beginning of a new era for Condor. The 2-liter aircraft’s fuel consumption is well below the industry average and reduces CO2 emissions by 20 percent on the same routes. This, together with state-of-the-art technologies and the highest level of comfort, is leading the way into the future and towards one of the greenest fleets in Europe.”
