Condor has once again reaffirmed their commitment to the fight against breast cancer during International Breast Cancer Awareness Month this year.

On Wednesday (October 1st, 2025), Condor announced that with the start of International Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, they are once again reaffirming their commitment to the fight against breast cancer. As part of the global aviation initiative ‘FlyPink,’ Condor is once again sending a strong message about prevention and solidarity with those affected. This year, the carrier kicked off the campaign with a stand at Frankfurt Airport, greeting guests at Gate B with eye-catching surprises, as well as questions and discussions on the topic of cancer prevention. In addition to Condor representatives, the partner Brustkrebs Deutschland e.V. (Breast Cancer Germany) is also participating.
In Wednesday’s announcement, Condor’s COO, Christian Schmitt, said,
“We are proud of this initiative, which was developed by our employees. Condor has been supporting the FlyPink initiative for several years now, focusing on the topics of early detection and solidarity through numerous campaigns. In October, our crews will wear pink accessories—from scarves to ties—to show their support for the campaign, not only on board our specially painted pink aircraft, but across our entire fleet.”
A special part of Condor’s support for breast cancer awareness is their pink and white striped Airbus A320, registration D-AICS, which took to the skies last year. In addition to its stunning livery, the cabin of the FlyPink Plane adorned with pink elements. Condor is also working with various airports, including Berlin, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Munich, to raise awareness for the campaign with screens and advertising space. Additionally, special safety cards include information about early breast cancer detection and prevention.
Specially designed FlyPink items are also available for purchase in the Condor shop and during flights, with proceeds going to the non-profit organization Brustkrebs Deutschland e.V. (Breast Cancer Germany). Customers can view and purchase FlyPink items by clicking here.
