Cebu Pacific guests traveling until March 31, 2021 can rebook their flights as many times as desired or have the full cost of their ticket placed into a Travel Fund which will be valid for two years. All rebooking and cancellation fees have been waived.
On Monday (December 14, 2020), Cebu Pacific (CEB) announced the extension of their flexible unlimited rebooking policy through March 31, 2021. Customers can rebook their flights without rebooking or cancellation fees as often as required, or receive the full cost of their ticket in a Travel Fund, which will be valid for two years. When rebooking flights, a minimal fare difference may apply. The two-year Travel Fund allowance can be used to purchase tickets and add-ons such as baggage allowance, preferred seats, pre-ordered meals, hygiene kits and travel insurance. In Monday’s announcement, CEB’s VP for Marketing & Customer Experience, Candice Iyog, said,
“We will continue to monitor the operating environment and listen to the concerns of our passengers. We are encouraged by the reopening of domestic tourism and we will do our part in ensuring that our passengers travel with peace of mind. We understand that it may take time before trust and confidence in air travel is restored, that is why we have decided to extend our flexible booking options until the first quarter of 2021. We will continue to improve our services in order to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for everyJuan. We are accelerating our digitalization efforts in line with our safe and contactless processes under this new normal, so we all feel confident to travel again.”
Customers with canceled flights can choose between a two year Travel Fund credit, unlimited rebooking – with both rebooking fee and fare difference waived (if rebooked within 90 days from original departure), or a full refund. EveryJuan loyalty members can manage their bookings on the company website by choosing their preferred option and bookings can be modified up to two hours prior to departure.
