From July 10, 2021, Binter will increase connectivity between the Canary Islands and Madeira with two weekly flights from Tenerife, complementing the existing two weekly frequencies from Gran Canaria.
On Tuesday (June 1, 2021), Binter announced that they will double their connectivity between the Canary Islands and Madeira to four weekly flights from July 10th. Two weekly frequencies will be added between Tenerife and Madeira, complementing the existing two weekly flights between Gran Canaria and Madeira. Additionally, the carrier will increase service between Gran Canaria and Senegal to weekly, up from once every two weeks starting July 12, 2021.
Service between Tenerife and Madeira will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays. On Tuesdays, the flight will depart Tenerife North Airport at 15:40 and arrive in Madeira at 17:00, while the service between Madeira and Tenerife departs Madeira at 13:30 and arrives in Tenerife at 14:50. On Saturdays, the flight departs Tenerife at 14:40 and arrives in Tenerife at 16:00, while the flight between Madeira and Tenerife departs Madeira at 12:30 and arrives in Tenerife at 13:50. Twice weekly service between Gran Canaria and Madeira will continue to operate on Thursdays and Sundays.
As previously mentioned, Binter is also increasing the frequency of their route between Gran Canaria and Dakar, Senegal from fortnightly to once-weekly. The route will be operated on Mondays with a 17:05 departure from Gran Canaria and 18:35 arrival in Dakar. The return flight departs Dakar at 19:20 and arrives in Gran Canaria at 22:40.
