Avelo Expands Service at Melbourne and Daytona Beach Airports With New Service to Delaware

Avelo Airlines has today announced new service from Melbourne and Daytona Beach airports in Florida to Wilmington, Delaware. Flights to Wilmington from Daytona Beach and Melbourne will operate twice weekly from June 23rd and 28th, respectively.

On Thursday (April 20, 2023), Avelo Airlines announced the launch of new service to Delaware’s Wilmington Airport (ILG) from both Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) and Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) in Florida. Service between Daytona Beach and Wilmington will operate twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays from June 23rd, while Melbourne-Wilmington flights will operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Sundays from June 28, 2023. Both routes will be operated with a 189-seat Boeing 737-800NG.


In today’s route announcement, Avelo Airlines’ CEO, Andrew Levy, said,
