On Thursday (January 28, 2021), Allegiant Travel Company (Allegiant Air) announced the addition of three new members to the company’s senior leadership team. First, the carrier has named Rebecca Henry to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human resources Officer (CHRO), where she will be responsible for workforce planning, employee culture, diversity and equity, leadership and executive development. Rebecca Henry joined Allegiant in 2012 and most recently served at the company’s Vice President – People Services.

Next, Allegiant has named Robert Neal as the company’s Senior Vice President – Corporate Finance and Treasurer. Mr. Neal joined Allegiant in 2007 and previously served as Allegiant Travel’s Vice President – Fleet & Corporate Finance, where he was instrumental in transforming the airline to an all Airbus fleet. During 2020, Neal also played a key role in the company’s financial strategy and stabilization as they navigated the global COVID-19 pandemic. In his new position, Robert Neal will be responsible for corporate finance, banking, cash management, asset management, fleet transactions, procurement and insurance.

Finally, Allegiant has appointed Drew Wells as Senior Vice President – Revenue, leading the company’s long-term network success in the post -pandemic environment. Wells joined Allegiant on 2011 and has been a key architect of the airline’s successful network planning, leading the company’s revenue and network teams in support of profitable growth since 2017. Mr. Wells’ teams developed a unique pandemic strategy which mitigated cash burn while keeping the airline’s network in place to capture returning demand.

Founded in 1999, Allegiant links passengers from small to medium cities to world-class leisure destinations with all non-stop flights and industry-low average fares. The company offers base airfares that are often half the price of a typical roundtrip ticket and operates an all-Airbus A320 Family fleet.
