Alaska Airlines Unveils Fourth Russell Wilson Livery

Alaska Airlines has unveiled their fourth Russel Wilson livery via at gate celebration at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The Boeing 737-900ER was introduced to fans waiting for a flight to Indianapolis, where Alaska’s Chief Football Officer will take the field.

On Friday (September 10, 2021), Alaska Airlines unveiled their fourth special Russell Wilson livery via a gate celebration at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). The Boeing 737-900ER, tail number (N296AK), was introduced to fans traveling to Indianapolis (IND), where Alaska’s Chief Football Officer will take the field in his first game of the season. Russell Wilson and Alaska Airlines have shared a partnership since his rookie year playing professional football in 2013. Alaska guests wearing a Russel Wilson No. 3 jersey or a limited edition Alaska’s Russell Wilson shirt available from the company store will receive early boarding on departure from Seattle (SEA) and Everett (PAE) for the duration of the football season.


In Friday’s announcement, Alaska Airlines’ Senior Vice President of Marketing and Guest Experience, Sangita Woerner, said,


“When we can celebrate Russell Wilson in the stands and in the skies, that's a win-win. We're proud to honor the passion and dedication of our Chief Football Officer with this special aircraft, and we're excited to see him soar all season long.”
