Air Seychelles will launch a limited passenger schedule for the winter 2020/21 season with service between the Seychelles and Mauritius, Johannesburg and Tel Aviv. Tickets can be booked now for travel from November 1st, 2020 through March 31, 2021.
Today (September 30, 2020), Air Seychelles announced that they will operate a limited winter passenger schedule with flights between the Seychelles and Mauritius, Johannesburg and Tel Aviv for the period from November 1st, 2020 through March 31, 2021. The carrier will offer weekly flights to Johannesburg in November, with an increase in frequency to three weekly flights in December. Weekly service to Mauritius will commence on November 1st, with a frequency increase to twice-weekly flights from December 1st, 2020. Twice-weekly service to Tel Aviv will also start on November 1st. In Wednesday’s announcement, Air Seychelles Chief Executive Officer, Remco Althuis, said,
“As we start to re-establish our network with the gradual re-opening of borders, to ensure that we operate safely we will continue to implement all the required measures at each destination where we operate, by working closely with all stakeholders to safeguard the health of our guests and employees.”
Air Seychelles reminds travelers to remain updated on the latest travel restrictions and procedures to travel to/from their destination countries. Visitors to the Seychelles must submit a mandatory Health Travel Authorization prior to entering the country. The online form is available at Seychelles.govtas.com. Regularly scheduled flights to Mumbai remain suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions in India, but the carrier will continue to operate special charter service to Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
