Air Lease Corporation (ALC) has announced the delivery of a new Airbus A321-200neo LR to ANA affiliate Peach Aviation Limited. The aircraft is powered by CFM International LEAP-1A32 engines and is the first of two A321neos to be delivered to Peach.
On Wednesday (December 8, 2021), Air Lease Corporation (ALC) announced the delivery of the first of two Airbus A321-200neo LRs to Osaka-based Peach Aviation Limited, an affiliate of ANA. The aircraft is powered by CFM International LEAP-1A32 engines and is the first A321neo LR to join the Peach fleet from ALC’s order book with Airbus. In addition to the new A321-200neo LR, Peach currently has two A320-200neos on long-term lease from ALC.
In Wednesday’s announcement, Air Lease Corporation’s Senior Vice President, Chi Yan, said,
“ALC is delighted to be the first to introduce the A321-200neo LR to Peach Aviation. The A321neo LR will provide key enhancements to the airline’s fleet operations as Peach continues to add the most modern, fuel-efficient aircraft to their expanding fleet and offer the highest quality passenger experience.”

The airline hopes to become the leading low-cost carrier (LCC) in Asia with plans to expand their network from the Tokyo metro area and Osaka-Kansai.
