Air Astana Partners With TripAdmit for Sales of Tours and Activities

Air Astana will use TripAdmit’s white label technology solution which will allow customers to book a range of destination tours, experiences and activities when booking travel. Kazakhstan-based Air Astana offers service to 40 domestic and international destinations.

On Wednesday (June 8, 2022), Air Astana announced a new partnership with TripAdmit, which will allow customers to select and book from a range of experiences, tours and activities at their chosen destination. TripAdmit’s powerful booking software and AI technology will help maximize ancillary revenue for Air Astana, while offering customers a range of exciting experiences in Central Asia and globally. When booking flights, customers will be sent a link to the Air Astana tours and experiences page which will show what is available at their destination, along with further details and the ability to book activities.


In Wednesday’s announcment, Air Astana’s Vice President – Marketing & Sales, Adel Dauletbek, said,


“We are focused on improving the customer experience from the point of booking a flight to their final destination and beyond. TripAdmit helps Air Astana to do that. The booking solution will enable us to extend our ancillary services by providing an exciting range of tours and activities. I am confident our customers will enjoy the new functionality and be inspired by the content that the TripAdmit partnership programme can provide.”


Also commenting on the new booking partnership, TripAdmit’s Director of Travel Partnership’s Carl Cromie, added,

Founded in late 2001, Kazakhstan-based Air Astana operates a modern fleet of 34 western aircraft. The carrier operates 40 domestic and international routes and employs over 5,000 team members. During 2020, Air Astana retired their Boeing 757 and Embraer 190 fleets and now exclusively operates Airbus A321neo LR (long-range) aircraft and late model Boeing 767s on major international routes.
