Aer Lingus will restart routes from Cork Airport to Palma, Faro, and Dubrovnik, as well as from Dublin Airport to Nice, Faro, Naples, Marseille, Santorini and more from the end of March 2022.
On Wednesday (March 2, 2022), Aer Lingus announced the restart of service from Dublin and Cork to sunny European destinations from the end of March 2022. From Cork Airport, the carrier will resume flights to Palma, Faro and Dubrovnik, while Dublin will see the restart of flights to Nice, Faro, Naples, Marseille, Santorini and more. To celebrate the relaunch of service to these sunny destinations, Aer Lingus is offering up to 20 percent off tickets booked by Monday, March 7th, for travel from March 27th through June 15, 2022.
Commenting on the European route restarts, Aer Lingus’ Director of Global Sales, Bill Byrne, said,
“We are delighted to announce the restart of several popular European holiday routes from both Dublin and Cork airports at the end of March. There is no doubt that travel is back on the agenda in 2022 and restarting these routes is another important step for the airline. We are looking forward to welcoming the many families, friends and solo travellers back on board who are excited for a long-awaited sun holiday.”
Aer Lingus’ ‘Book with Confidence’ policy allows unlimited free flight changes up to seven days prior to departure (a fare difference may apply). The policy is available on all bookings through September 30, 2022, with most fares also offering the option to exchange tickets for a guaranteed voucher up to 14 days before travel. Additionally, customers who book Advantage, Flex, Business or Business Flex fares have the option of a cash refund if they decide not to travel.
