Virgin Atlantic announced a new codeshare agreement Monday with Canada’s WestJet, opening 32 Canadian destinations to Virgin’s London-Gatwick customers.
Starting tomorrow, November 19, 2019, Virgin Atlantic customers can enjoy service throughout Canada with a new codeshare agreement announced with WestJet today. Virgin Atlantic customers flying to four key Canadian Airports will now be able to connect onwards to 28 further destinations within Canada. Virgin’s new codeshare partner, WestJet, flies year-round from Gatwick to Calgary and Toronto and offers summer seasonal service to Halifax and Vancouver. WestJet is the third largest carrier to service the UK to Canada market and Virgin customers can now seamlessly connect to popular destinations such as Montreal, Quebec, Edmonton and Deer Lake. In Today’s announcement, Virgin Atlantic’s EVP – Commercial, Juha Jarvinen said,
