On Monday (April 19, 2021), TAP Air Portugal announced that from June they will bolster connectivity between Lisbon and Porto Santo with six weekly flights. Additionally, to boost their commitment to Porto Santo they have launched a fare sale with return flights from only €189 for purchases made between April 20th and 26th, for travel from June. TAP is also offering seven daily flights to Funchal this summer, with five from Lisbon and two from Porto, as part of their commitment to tourism recovery in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.

TAP has also improved connectivity to key European gateways including Manchester, Paris, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Munich, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, Warsaw, Zurich, Prague and Geneva. These flights will benefit those traveling to Madeira with seamless one-stop connections in Lisbon.

From the onset of the pandemic in 2020, TAP is the only airline that maintained uninterrupted service between Madeira and mainland Portugal, ensuring essential connectivity for the islanders.

Customers can book with confidence, as TAP has waived ticket change fees for bookings made prior to May 31st, for travel through December 31, 2021.
