U.S. regional carrier Silver Airways will launch twice weekly flights between Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans and Jacksonville, Florida starting June 3, 2021.
On Tuesday (April 6, 2021), Florida-based regional carrier Silver Airways announced the launch of twice weekly nonstop flights between New Orleans and Jacksonville starting June 3, 2021. The new route will also provide seamless connectivity to Silver’s extensive Florida, Bahamian and Caribbean networks. Additionally, customers can also connect domestically and internationally with the airline’s codeshare and interline partners. To celebrate the launch of the new route, Silver is offering introductory fares starting at only $79 for travel from June 3rd through July 11, 2021.
In Tuesday’s announcement, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport’s Director of Aviation, Kevin Dolliole, said,
“We are pleased to welcome Silver Airways to New Orleans with nonstop service to Jacksonville. We continue to work to provide more opportunities to connect New Orleans to the rest of the country and vice versa. This is just the beginning of what we hope will be a great partnership.”
