SAS Adds Seven More Routes and Increases Frequencies From Copenhagen for July 2020

SAS announced on Tuesday additions to their July 2020 flight schedule including seven new routes and increased frequencies from Copenhagen. The new routes include service to Chania, Olbia, Venedig, Pisa, Pula, Thessaloniki and Warsaw.

Today, SAS updated their July 2020 schedule which was released last week with seven new destinations and increased frequencies from Copenhagen. The carrier has added service to Chania, Olbia, Venedig, Pisa, Pula, Thessaloniki and Warsaw. As travel demand begins to return, SAS has also increased frequencies to Athens, Malaga, Nice, Oslo, Reykjavik, Færøerne, Stockholm, Chicago and New York.

SAS is the leading airline in Scandinavia, carrying over 30 million passengers annually from its main hubs in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm to 125 destinations in Europe, the US and Asia. The company has targeted a reduction in carbon emissions by 25% by 2030 compared to 2005 levels and hopes to transition to 100% biofuel for domestic flights by 2030. SAS also offers ground handling services, technical maintenance and cargo services. Additionally, the carrier is a founding member of the Star Alliance, a network offering around 19,000 daily flights to more than 1,300 global destinations.
