S7 Airlines Launches New Service From Moscow to Heraklion, Crete

S7 Airlines announced last Thursday new service from Moscow to Heraklion, Crete. The route will be operated up to six times weekly with flights from Moscow-Domodedovo to Heraklion Airport in Crete.

Late last week, Russian carrier S7 Airlines announced new service from Moscow-Domodedovo to Heraklion Airport in Crete. The route will be operated up to six times weekly starting on April 6, 2020. Flights will depart Moscow-Domodedovo at 12:35PM and arrive in Heraklion, Crete at 4:55PM local time. The return flight departs Heraklion Airport at 5:45PM and arrives in Moscow at 9:55PM local time. In last week's announcement, S7 Group’s Commercial Director, Igor Veretennikov said,


“The Greek islands are often among the most popular destinations for summer getaways. We are pleased to offer S7 Airlines passengers a direct flight to Crete, an island where everyone can spend their holiday in comfort. Relaxing beach vacations can be combined with excursions to places that are well known through ancient Greek Myths, and active water sports. In addition to this, you can combine travel to Crete with a cruise to Santorini.”


Located on the northern coast of Crete, Heraklion offers breathtaking beaches and is also the island’s hub for diving, offering services to divers of all skill levels, from beginners to professionals. S7 Airlines’ guests can earn up to 1,800 miles on the Moscow-Heraklion route, which can be redeemed for premium airline tickets and services. Guests can also redeem their accrued S7 miles using the “Miles & Cash” feature where the cost of a ticket can be split between miles and rubles.
