Lufthansa announced on Tuesday that they have added four new holiday destinations from Munich to their winter 2020/2021 schedule. The airline is introducing new service to Thessaloniki in Greece and will once again offer nonstop service to three Canary Islands.
Today, Lufthansa announced that they will be adding four new holiday destinations from Munich to their winter 2020/2021 schedule, including new service to Thessaloniki in Greece. The carrier will also offer nonstop service to Tenerife, Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands. Lufthansa will offer four weekly flights to the Canary Islands with service to Tenerife on Saturday and Sundays, Fuerteventura on Saturdays and Gran Canaria on Sundays. The Canary Island routes will be operated with an Airbus A321. Service to the Greek port city of Thessaloniki will be available three times a week from Munich on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from the end of October 2020 and will be operated with an Airbus A320.
The Spanish archipelago offers a mild climate year-round and with the service to Tenerife, Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria announced today, Lufthansa will offer nonstop service to the three largest of the seven Canary Islands. Thessaloniki is the second largest city in Greece and offers stunning beaches and an historical old town, making it a favorite destination of holidaymakers worldwide.
