JetBlue Names Ellen Ham Vice President of Labor Relations

JetBlue has named Ellen Ham as the airline’s new Vice President of Labor Relations effective immediately. In her new role, Ms. Ham will oversee the company’s labor relations strategy and will report to JetBlue’s Chief People Officer, Laurie Villa.

On Tuesday (May 17, 2022), JetBlue announced the appointment of Ellen Ham as the carrier’s new Vice President of Labor Relations, effective immediately. In her new role, Ms. Ham will be responsible for JetBlue’s labor relations strategy and will report directly to Laurie Villa, the company’s Chief People Officer. Ellen Ham brings over two decades of experience in labor and employee relations, serving most recently as Director of Labor Relations of Labor Relations for Republic Airways. Before joining Republic, she was a labor and employment attorney at FordHarrison LLP, serving as one of the leaders of the firm’s airline practice group. Ham is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law.


In Tuesday’s announcment, JetBlue’s Chief People Officer, Laurie Villa, said,
