Flydubai to Launch Service to Tel Aviv With 14 Weekly Flights and Double Daily Service

The Dubai-based airline will offer 14 weekly flights between Dubai and Tel Aviv starting November 26, 2020. Flydubai’s new service to Tel Aviv follows the historic bilateral agreement signed between both countries.

Today (November 4, 2020), Dubai-based flydubai announced the launch of 14 weekly flights between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Tel Aviv Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV). The twice-daily service will commence on November 26, 2020 and comes after the signing of the historic bilateral agreement between the UAE and Israel. Flights on the new route can now be booked on the airline’s website. In Wednesday’s announcement, flydubai’s Chief Executive Officer, Ghaith Al Ghaith, said,


“Since the launch of flydubai 11 years ago, we have been committed to removing barriers to travel, creating free flows of trade and tourism and enhancing connectivity between different cultures across our network. Following the recent bilateral agreement, the start of scheduled flights will contribute to economic development and create further opportunities for investment in pursuit of our shared interests and values. With the start of services there will be the option for increased accessibility to the UAE as well as onwards to the Indian Ocean, Far East and Africa reducing total journey times by several hours.”
