SAS Announces Flight Schedule for June 2020, Will Resume 16 New Routes From Copenhagen

SAS Announced on Friday their June 2020 schedule which includes 16 new routes from Copenhagen, including service to Germany, Belgium, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Lithuania, Spain, France, Greece and Croatia.

Today, SAS announced the resumption of 16 new routes in June including service from Copenhagen to destinations in Germany, Belgium, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Lithuania, Spain, France, Greece and Croatia. By the end of June, the carrier will double their capacity from 15 to 30 operational aircraft. Additionally, this month SAS will resume service from Stockholm to several popular Mediterranean holiday destinations such as Palma in Spain, Nice in France, and Athens and Thessaloniki in Greece. SAS will also increase their domestic route frequencies in Norway, restoring all destinations by the end of June.

SAS is the leading airline in Scandinavia, carrying over 30 million passengers annually from its main hubs in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm to 125 destinations in Europe, the US and Asia. The company has targeted a reduction in carbon emissions by 25% by 2030 compared to 2005 levels and hopes to transition to 100% biofuel for domestic flights by 2030.
