Finnair to Resume Weekly Service to Nanjing for September and October 2020

Finnair announced on Friday that after receiving approval from the Chinese authorities they will resume weekly service to Nanjing from September 11th to October 18, 2020. The weekly flight will be operated with an Airbus A350 in support of cargo and passenger demand.

Today (September 4, 2020), Finnair announced that after receiving approval from the Chinese Government, they will resume weekly service between Helsinki and Nanjing from September 11th to October 18, 2020. The route will support cargo and passenger demand and will be operated with an Airbus A350. Currently, Finnair offers seamless connections to 40 destinations in Europe and Asia, operating 80-90 flights daily. In Friday’s announcement, Finnair’s Chief Commercial officer, Ole Orvér, said,

“We are happy to be able to serve another destination in China, which continues to be a key market for us. In September, we are flying to Mainland China (Shanghai and Nanjing) two times per week and look forward to increasing our service to the Chinese Market soonest.”
