Avelo Airlines Adds Four New Destinations From New Haven, Connecticut

Avelo Airlines will launch new service from New Haven, Connecticut to four new destinations, including Atlanta (Georgia), Charlotte (North Carolina), Knoxville (Tennessee) and Destin (Florida).

On Tuesday (February 6, 2024), Avelo Airlines announced the addition of four new exclusive routes from Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) in Connecticut, including service to Atlanta, Charlotte, Knoxville and Destin.  With the new routes, Avelo will offer nonstop service to 21 destinations from New Haven spanning seven states and Puerto Rico, more direct routes than any other airline operating in Connecticut.  All four of the new routes will launch in May 2024 and will be operated with Boeing 737NGs.  Celebrating the new routes, Avelo is offering introductory one-way fares from $62 (T&Cs apply).

In Tuesday’s route announcement, Avelo Airlines’ Chairman and CEO, Andrew Levy, said,
