AirBaltic Resumes Flights Between Riga and Stuttgart From August 7, 2020

airBaltic announced on Thursday that they will restart flights from Riga to Stuttgart starting August 7, 2020. The flights will be operated twice weekly and the route will be serviced with an Airbus A220-300.

Today (August 6, 2020), airBaltic announced the restart of service to Stuttgart, Germany from Riga, Latvia, starting Friday, August 7, 2020. The twice-weekly flights will be operated with an Airbus A220-300. airBaltic also resumed service between Riga and Tbilisi, Georgia earlier this week. By the end of August, the carrier will connect the Baltics to the rest of Europe with over 69 routes. Currently, airBaltic connects Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn to key European business centers and popular holiday destinations. As regulations are constantly changing, airBaltic reminds guests to review travel restrictions and airport restrictions associated with their itinerary. In Thursday’s announcement, airBaltic’s CEO, Martin Gauss said,

“We are working in close cooperation with the authorities to monitor the situation and we are flexible to adjust the flight schedule if needed. Each week we add new destinations. The resumed connection between Stuttgart and Riga will offer great travel opportunities for travelers from the Baltics and to Germany.”
